Wait what? The Dollar Tree is raising its prices from $1 to $1.25. The change will impact most items in the store and go into place in early 2022. Does this mean they need to change their name to the Dollar Twenty-Five Tree? I mean the price is in the name. According to a news release this change will be permanent instead of just a temporary reaction to the ongoing supply chain and labor issues.
