UniverSoul Circus Returns to Charlotte Area with New Show, Global Performers
UniverSoul Circus will bring its dynamic, high-energy production Rhythm of the World to Charlotte from May 8 to May 18, 2025, performing at the Route 29 Pavilion in Concord, North Carolina. Celebrating 31 years of jaw-dropping entertainment, the circus continues the bewitching tradition of presenting a diverse, international cast who will dazzle your imagination with circus arts, theatre, and live music for a one-in-a-lifetime experience.
This year’s production features over a dozen brand-new acts, all set beneath a newly designed, state-of-the-art big top tent imported from Italy. Audiences can expect thrilling performances from Ethiopian hoop divers, a Dominican strongman duo, a Russian acrobatic team, and newcomers like the Ethiopian Pole Act and aerial silk artists.
Other returning crowd favorites are the vibrant Caribbean Street Carnival, featuring dancing puppets, the spirited Fresh the Clowns and their trademark hip-hop dance moves, and the pulse-pounding Wheel of Death stunt act. Games, dance contests and the new Soul Karaoke keep the audience involved for a completely immersive experience the entire family can enjoy.
