Shoes are my favorite. A good heel, a classic boot, or flip-flops would be my shoes of choice. Would you have a variety of shoes to choose from if you could walk a mile in another person’s shoes?

The folks at Shane Co. know that finding love can put a little pep in your step, so they conducted a national survey asking over 3,000 Americans how many shoes they own, their favorite types of shoes, and more.

Apparently, residents in North Carolina own 16 or more shoes. This makes us one of the most shoe-loving states in the U.S. Why? That my friends…I have no answer.
