Daylight Saving Time Means One Less Hour Of Sleep
It’s that time again to say goodbye to an hour of beauty sleep.
It’s time to “spring forward” again, so get ready to hear lots of people asking why we bother to do Daylight Saving Time.
We don’t have an answer for that, but we can tell you, the March time change is definitely more offensive than the one in November because we’re about to lose an hour of sleep.
Daylight Saving Time officially begins at 2:00 AM on Sunday, March 10th, 2019. Before you go to bed on Saturday night, set your clocks and watches ahead by one hour.
If you forget, you might miss brunch.
