Brad Paisley Joins Riley Green For A Tear-jerking Duet
A self-proclaimed Brad Paisley fan Riley Green has been on the road with Brad all summer.
Sunday night in Bethlehem, PA Brad joined Riley on-stage to duet his newest track “I Wish Grandpa’s Never Died”. The ballad reminisces on the simple memories of growing up, those first-time feelings, and the loss of his grandfathers.
And I wish even cars had truck beds
And every road was named Copperhead
And coolers never run out of cold Bud Light
And I wish high school home teams never lost
And back road drinkin’ kids never got caught
And I wish the price of gas was low and cotton was high
I wish honky tonks didn’t have no closing time
And I wish grandpas never died
It’s a song almost everyone even superstar Brad Paisley can relate too. Check out the video below!
Brad and Riley along with North Carolina boy Chris Lane bring their tour to PNC Music Pavilion Saturday, August 24th. I can’t wait to hear Riley’s version of the song!
