South Carolina Early Voting Is On Fire
I did it. Some of my coworkers have done it. South Carolina early voting is on fire. Seems like everyone is voting early this year. According to Channel 9 in Charlotte, more people voted last week in the Palmetto State than during the entire voting period in 2022.
South Carolina Early Voting is On Fire
I went to my polling place in Clover, South Carolina to vote last week and the place was packed. When I first pulled into the driveway there were about six people waiting, I thought, ok that looks normal. But when I opened the door to my early polling place (in a church), the entire sanctuary was full. Made me smile that so many people are voting. And it still only took about thirty minutes. It was a well oiled machine.
South Carolina Is Joining Other States For Record Breaking
Directly from our source, wsoctv.com “Reiter’s vote at the polling site is helping break records in the state of South Carolina. On Monday, state election officials reported more than 735,000 voters cast their ballots during early voting last week. That’s 27% more voters than the entire early voting period in 2022.” Reiter tells Channel 9, “I can’t believe it, it’s pretty obvious there is emotion in this one and people are fired up”.

Record setting early voting is going on nationwide. And South Carolina early voting is on fire. But I must say, at least in my polling place, it feels good to stand in that line and cast your ballot. Have your voice heard. Don’t assume one candidate is going to run away with votes and yours isn’t needed. Each one is needed.
