There is no crueler, unspoken reality in the world than this: actresses that grow old in Hollywood, quickly fade from Hollywood.
ESPECIALLY those that make their living as a “sex symbol.”
Case in point, when was the last time you saw Sharon Stone in a movie? She’ll forever be known for that ubelievable scene in the police station in “Basic Instinct” (I’m not going to describe it here…you know what I’m talking about), but that was more than a quarter century ago.
Here’s the good news, she is still sexy as hell.
And funny.
And apparently lonely for love in the movie, “All I Wish,” co-starring Tony Goldwyn. It comes out in March and looks like the perfect compromise date movie: it’s a romance for her…and guys get to stare at Sharon Stone.
