LOVE Jessica Chastaine
Last night, I came into the living room and saw that my wife and son were watching one of the better movies of the last couple of years, Matt Damon’s “The Martian.”
I had forgotten that one of my favorite actresses is a big part of it. Jessica Chastain (pictured above) is amazing. Check out “Zero Dark Thirty,” Molly’s Game,” “Miss Sloane” etc. if you need proof.
Anyway, I just caught the trailer for a movie opening this summer that has my attention for a couple of reasons. First…it stars Jessica Chastain. Second…it’s a western, and I’m a sucker for a good western.
“Woman Walks Ahead” is actually based on the true story of a woman in the 1890s who ventured to the Dakotas to paint Chief Sitting Bull, and became involved with the plight of the American Indian.
The film opens on June 29.
