I guess beauty is really in the eye of the beholder but when Travel and Leisure says it, it must be true! Right? These are the best Christmas light displays in both North Carolina and South Carolina. See if you agree because it is not what you think!
There are so many beautiful lights displays in our area! Speedway Christmas comes to mind, The Billy Graham Library, McAdenville lights for crying out loud. But Travel and Leisure scoured the whole country and took all the winter wonderland grandeur into consideration. So who beat out all the rest in both Carolinas?
The Tanglewood Park Festival in Clemmons, North Carolina puts on the best light display in North Carolina according to the publication. Not only are there a million lights but also tractor pulled hayrides, horse drawn carriage rides. The whole package!
I am excited about who they vote for in South Carolina because I will be traveling to this area very soon. The Night of a Thousand Candles at Brookgreen Gardens got top nods for their 2,700 hand lit candles, warm apple cider and more.
