I live in Clover, South Carolina and I so wish we had a locally owned steakhouse there. We have to drive to York for that. If anyone is listening, I promise we would come in there and often. The 1rst locally owned steakhouse is coming to this North Carolina town.

According to our source, the Charlotte Observer, a “new steakhouse opens in Concord, North Carolina offering a local spot for ribeye, seafood and more”. Color me jealous. Being locally owned will set this steakhouse apart from the others in the area. The Beef and Brine is coming to you by owner Ryan Bybee. His Scratch Made Hospitality Group also owns Christine’s Wood Fire in Albemarle.

Sounds Nice and Tasty

Owner Ryan Bybee tells Charlotte Five, “The goal with it was to just create a casual, comfortable and non-pretentious kind of place — just family driven,a price point that’s fair, that can make it a place for a destination to celebrate life’s events, or also just Tuesday night dinner.” Beef and Brine does sound so good. Their goal is to provide hand cut steaks with juicy T bones, mouthwatering porterhouse and so much more.

Here are the weekday cocktail specials too: “Tuesday: half-price wine bottles Wednesday: $4.50 well mixers Thursday: half-price drafts Friday: $3.50 beer bottles”. 305 McGill Avenue in Concord, NC.
