Honeysuckle Gelato Now Open At The Bowl At Ballantyne

The Bowl at Ballantyne is the newest addition to the culinary and social scene in Charlotte. Each month a new exciting spot launches. So, one of the latest is Honeysuckle Gelato Bowl at Ballantyne. And, I had the pleasure of trying it out recently. My Visit To Honeysuckle Gelato Bowl At Ballantyne I had a weekend on my own and decided to pay a visit to the newly opened Honeysuckle Gelato Bowl at Ballantyne. It's a small little spot located directly across from North Italia. And, apparently, the word is out about the quality of the gelato. The line was out the door. But, the weather was pleasant, and I didn't mind a short wait to try out the new place. And, one of the first things I noticed was the waffle cones being handmade behind the counter. Nice touch. Then, it was my turn to choose my gelato. I thought I had already made up my mind as to what I might choose. But, when I saw Banana Pudding as an option, I was all in. And, it turned out to be a fantastic decision. Customers have the option of cups or cones and number of scoops or even sandwiches using the cookies available. I chose a single scoop in a cup. It was $4.95. But, it was plenty for me. I took my scoop outside and enjoyed the cool evening breeze at one of the outdoor seats. I don't know how they managed it. However, Honeysuckle Gelato Bowl at Ballantyne created a Banana Pudding as good as Grandma's in gelato form. It was spectacular. And, I can't wait to return to try more flavors. Plus, I plan on sampling some of the cookies, too. They also have a location in Optimist Hall, Charlotte. More About The Bowl At Ballantyne The Bowl at Ballantyne has become one of my favorite places lately. It's conveniently located at Johnston Rd. near I-485. And, with the recently opened Olde Mecklenburg Brewery and many new spots including North Italia, Flower Child, and Postino wine bar, it's the latest go-to spot.
