So What Is The Perfect Amount Of Sleep?
Some folks can sleep for days, while others can live just fine on very little.But when it comes to getting that perfect night of rest, what is the average amount that folks are perfectly happy with? Well according to the NHS, it looks like precisely 7 hours and 6 minutes a night is key!
For those that can’t spend that much time sleeping, say they are still some somewhat happy with a 6 hour and 54 minute snooze every night.
I personally can sleep about 5 hours and feel better then if I sleep 8, but that’s just me!
