Bears Raid Krispy Kreme Van
Would you be able to resist a van full of Krispy Kreme donuts? A couple of Alaskan bears couldn’t. The Insider says the bears raided the Krispy Kreme van.
A black bear and her cub were caught on camera raiding a Krispy Kreme van during a delivery to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Anchorage, Alaska. The driver had left the door open, giving the bears an opportunity to devour a couple dozen packages of donut holes.
While he was inside dropping off the doughnuts, the manager of the store on JBER, Shelly Deano, told CNN she heard noises coming from the van and realized what was going on.”I said ‘He’s in the van,’ and then the little cub followed and went inside the van and then they just started eating the doughnuts.”
The base set off loud sirens to scare the bears away – and the driver learned a valuable lesson about proper donut security. What’s the best type of donut?
