Plans are moving forward for a high rise apartment building in Charlotte’s midtown.  Charlotte’s skyline will soon be getting wider and taller.

Northwoow Raven,a Charlotte based multi family developer is planning the new structure at Kings Drive and Metropolitan Avenue according to Channel 9.  283 apartment units is not the only thing that will be in the building.  It reportedly will house retails space and a parking deck.

Northwood reportedly filed land permits towards the end of September for grading and land site inspections.  Here is what you can expect on the site at Kings Drive and Metropolitan Avenue: utility taps to existing mains and storm water updates.

    I just added this one in because I can tell you first hand this is a great place to get a steak.  Located in Gaston County it is local local local.  The steaks are amazing.  Try the shrimp cocktail and of course their signature tomato and onion sandwiches. Try the Woodshed in Stanley for a great experience.
