About Boyd: Hello, people! I am Boyd and I am so ready to find a family to call my own! I have already learned how to “sit” and I am working on walking on that thing the volunteers call a leash. I get a little excited when I get outside but all I need is some exercise and then I’ll be leaning on you for some back scratches. I am so happy and can’t wait to make you happy. Just look at my smile! Just so you know…I wasn’t taken care of before I came to the shelter, so I have heartworms. But I qualify for Foster to Adopt: you foster for AC&C and the shelter staff will treat me for free. When I’m cured you can adopt me for $10.

About Milo: Okay – let’s just get this out there and clear the air. When you first see me in my kennel, I do not exactly paint a good picture of the type of dog that I truly am. I am quite nervous in the kennel cage and really do not like to be confined…makes me act out a bit. Sorry about that. BUT – once I am out of the cage, I am still a bit nervous, but am such a loving and easy tempered dog! I want to be around my human, love to be pet and am extremely easy on the leash when outside and in a comfortable environment. I don’t think I was well taken care of before which is why I want to make sure I am comfortable but have made HUGE strides here with these great humans. SO – get my first impression, take me out of the cage and see how I am outside with you. I promise you will love me!
