Carly Pearce’s Dad Always Makes the Fourth of July A Blast
The Fourth of July is just around the corner and Carly Pearce knows that means family and of course fireworks.
As she shared, each year her dad makes sure the latter comes to light, “I feel like every Fourth of July we always went to my grandparents’ house and just had a big cookout and shot off illegal fireworks that we weren’t supposed to. And my dad would always almost get burnt up by one and we used to always joke that he always, every year got chased by at least one firework.”
Carly has the Fourth of July off this year, so she is more than likely headed to Salt Lake City where her fiancée, Michael Ray, will be performing a show.
She recently socialized out that she and Michael haven’t had much time together lately but are making the most of what they do have. Pearce posted, “5 hours together total this week, so we spent them celebrating our first year together. I love you more than anything in this world, Michael. Ended our night where it all began. I wish I could go back in time and tell that girl sitting at the bar listening to old school country music with that boy hoping he’d keep his arm around her that this was going to be the night that changed her life forever….”
