Justin Moore’s New Album ‘Late Nights And Long Necks’ Shows ‘Confidence’
Justin Moore releases a brand new studio album (7/26) called “Late Night And Longnecks” and he says he could feel his confidence growing in the studio.
Justin says, “Obviously the more experience you have with anything: you get better at it, or you should. If you don’t, you need to get into some other business. But for whatever reason, I’m singing better than I’ve ever sang, and I don’t know what to attribute that to. I don’t know. Maybe it’s confidence.”
Moore set out to record his new album with a vision of a traditional sounding album with a ’90s country flavor to it. He explains, “Being 12 years into this now, when we wrote all these songs I said, ‘Let’s just not worry about three minutes and you know we need this type of song or we need that type song.’ You know, there have been times in the past where I go, ‘Man we really need a tempo or we really need a ballad,’ or whatever. And you have to be cognizant of those things but I didn’t really care on this album.”
Justin posted to Instagram about his new song and album, “What do y’all think of my new drinking song? The rest of the album comes out Friday! Proud of this one.”
