Yes fall may be around the corner, and though spring and summer are the times we focus on those swimsuit bodies, it’s never bad to start working out as we go into the laziest times of the year. But how do you start?Well it’s actually not hard at all.
First of all, Pick something you will like the most. You may not love it but you won’t hate it as bad as some others.
Then pick a way to measure it that will make it habit forming.
Last, just start doing it. Don’t let yourself quit.
When it came to me joining Crossfit Vitality, I went and just never gave up. I still go every day at 9 AM and I love it. I hear new members all the time talking about how they are not sure if this is what they want to do, because it is a challenge. But when you get hooked, you are hooked.
