Two NC Cities Make National “Best Place To Live” List
One of the cities on this list is where I was raised and the other city is where I currently live…how cool?!
According to the website Curbed, both Raleigh and Charlotte made the national list for, “Best Places to Live.” When calculating these results, they looked at things like walkability, diversity, housing costs, job opportunities, and more.
The site was very impressed with Charlotte’s different artsy neighborhoods and the Sugar Creek greenway. They called Charlotte a “millennial boomtown.” Raleigh was chosen due to all of the job opportunities and projects they currently have going.
Being raised in Raleigh I will always love it there and call it home, but I’m glad I made the big move to the Queen City! To see what they had to say about CLT and to check out the other 8 top cities, click here.
