Answer: Well, there are a few ways. A lot of it has to do with how you drive your vehicle, but a big part is how you maintenance. Question: “What are the signs that my car battery is dying?”
Answer: There are a couple – you get warning indicators on your dash, a big one is if it’s slow to start or if it cranks real slow then starts it quick, or a vehicle doesn’t actually start up.
Follow-Up Question: What is the difference between a battery that just needs to be recharged and a dead cell that means pretty much the battery is done for?
Answer: Usually we have to put it on a tester that deep cycles the battery, and see if it comes back to a full charge and holds a charge. With a dead cell, it won’t hold a charge, if it just needs to be charged that means maybe you left a light on, or a door got left open and drained the battery a little bit but it’s usually a test we do here.

Question: “What is the difference between a tire rotation and a tire alignment?”
Answer: Well, a tire rotation rotates the tires themselves, gives the front ones a break from being side loaded from turning, and keeps the tread wearing even. An alignment actually aligns the vehicle so it’s going nice and straight down the road and keeps the steering wheel nice and straight so you’re not veering off out of the lane.
Follow-Up Question: How often should I get my tires aligned?
Answer: Usually if you start seeing your steering wheel being crooked, if you hit a major pothole, a curb, stuff like that, or there’s any outside impact damage or interference. Usually every 15,000 miles!
