As of April 24, 2022 these are the average rent prices in Charlotte, North Carolina:
- Studio – $1,548 (+13%)
- 1 Bed – $1,430 (+19%)
- 2 Beds – $1,685 (+16%)
- 3 Beds – $1,932 (+15%)
The average rent for apartments in Charlotte, North Carolina is between $1,430 and $1,932 in 2022. The data shows that only 1% of apartments are between the $501-$700 price range. On the opposite end of the spectrum, 43% of apartments are over $2,000 per month.

The data revealed that the most affordable neighborhoods in Charlotte are Windsor Park, Plaza Midwood, and Idlewild Farms. On the opposite end of the spectrum, the most expensive neighborhoods in Charlotte are Highland Creek, South End, and Dilworth.
