Laughing At Dad
It’s no secret. My son and I share a love and passion for the game of golf. And it got started early. No, not as early as this picture would indicate…but maybe 😉 No, seriously, not long after we moved here, I took him to a driving range just up from the house.
I guess because I waited until he was older. He was always “impressed” by my ability to hit the golf ball. Funny as time goes by, he’s become less and less impressed by my swing, as I’ve become more and more impressed by his.
Anyway, I bring all up because of this video I came across this morning. THIS dad decided his little man in diapers was more than ready to head to the course.
As dad is hitting golf balls on the range, all you see an hear is his son’s laughter.
Most of the time, you don’t want someone laughing at your golf swing. This is the exception.
It’s not a laughter of amusement, but a laughter of utter joy and excitement at seeing and hearing something that his baby eyes and ears have not.
It made my day.
And made me miss my little guy a littl bit, too.
