Rock Legend Proves To Be “Superhuman”
They are referred to as “The Greatest Rock and Roll Band” in the world. They CERTAINLY are the one with the most longevity.
The Rolling Stones were “old” when I saw them in 1990!
Rarely do you read that a rock band’s lead singer, in his mid 70s, has heart valve replacement surgery AND THEN immediately returns to the stage.
However that is precisely what Mick Jagger did in Chicago over the weekend as he and his bandmates finally kicked off a tour that was postponed due to Mick’s heart issues earlier this spring.

Rhythm guitarist, Ronnie Wood said to The Sun of his band’s frontman, “He’s just so fit…he sets aside three hours a day to do exercise and that’s done him plenty of favours in later life. He’s superhuman really. Usually if this type of operation is done on a 75-year-old not in retirement they go back behind a desk.”
I don’t know about superhuman, but AMAZING is no understatement for sure!
