Take Your Son To Your News Anchor Job Day
Anyone who has children and has ever HAD to take them to work with you can relate to this. I know for the first couple of years we were here, our son would get picked up from an after-school program and spent the last hour or so with us here in a (mostly) deserted radio station.
And we were mortified that he would leave our office and find his way to the studio and somehow scream out something or cry on air.
In retrospect, that probably would have been more interesting than anything we could have done. Anyway, Kourtney Kube is a journalist for NBC News covering the Pentagon and national security issues. Kube is also a mom, and apparently, she not only had to take her son to work with her, but he decided to intrude upon her interview-LIVE on the air Wednesday.

I can just hear the producer in her ear, “Uh, Kourtney…can you please get your rug rat out of our live shot? Thank you.” 😉
