Meet The Oldest Astros Fan
No, the picture above is not of the oldest fan, just the craziest. That’s my (Charlie) mom, watching her beloved Houston Astros in her NW Houston kitchen-in full team garb and waving her Astros towel.
She’s bananas.
No, Sybil Roos has the title of “oldest.” She’s 95 and has been going to baseball games her whole life. She says it got started when her dad used to take her to games as a child.
She plans to attend Game 1 and Game 2 of the World Series-Astros vs Nationals.
My mom? She’ll be going crazy in her kitchen.
