North Carolina Couple Renews Their Vows Virtually Thanks to Taco Bell
Since opening their chapel doors in 2017, over 300 couples have booked their Taco Bell wedding at the Las Vegas Cantina. As more and more states begin to officially recognize virtual weddings during this crazy time, Taco Bell knew they had to do something to celebrate couples who anxiously awaited their own reservations at the cheesiest venue.
This past weekend, a North Carolina couple was able to virtually say “I do” and “I (still) do” over their bonded love for one another and Crunchy Tacos. All with a little help from the lead Taco Bell officiant, Victoria Hogan from Flora Pop. The Drum’s (Eric + Tori) of North Carolina were able to do a vow renewal thanks to Taco Bell.
Here is their story:
Our Taco Bell love started long before we met. I honestly survived off Crunchwrap Supremes and Nachos & Cheese for years. Then when Eric and I met each other, we found out that we shared a guilty pleasure of tacos. The two of us can crush a 12-pack (variety of course). We have had many late-night dates in the Taco Bell parking lot, as we did our love for each other grew. We have been married for 3 years and still enjoy our late-night dinners from Taco Bell. I recently came across the Las Vegas Cantina chapel and knew I needed that in my life! When I told Eric he was immediately on board. We booked it and of course ordered a custom taco wedding band to give my husband on the big day. I was disappointed when we had to cancel our trip, but Taco Bell (virtually) helped make it happen!
Currently, The Las Vegas Cantina chapel remains closed until further notice, and couples with upcoming reservations will be contacted on an ongoing basis. Congrats to the happy couple!
