Professor Dies During College Zoom Lecture
Talk about a headline that will grab your attention! This week marks the 4th that our son has been attending Coastal Carolina University. All of his classes have been virtual (although this week he is to begin some in-person).
A 46-year-old college professor in Argentina collapsed and died in front of her virtual class while teaching world history last week on Zoom.
She was doing her part from her home when she complained she was having trouble breathing. Several students asked her for her address so they could call 9-1-1. But she gasped, “I can’t” before collapsing. The professor had shared on Twitter that she had been dealing with persistent symptoms from COVID-19 for several weeks.
