Piers Morgan Walks Off Set Of Good Morning Britain Over Meghan Markle Clash
There has been NO BIGGER critic of Meghan Markle and her motivations for the bombshell interview with Oprah on Sunday than Piers Morgan. We know Piers from being a judge on reality TV on this side of the pond, and the man who took Larry King’s place on CNN. In Britain though, he’s a huge star and a host on the country’s equivalent of “Good Morning America,” “Good Morning Britain.”
It was on that show that things came to a head today as he literally walked off the set-live on TV-as co host, Alex Beresford took a stance of defense with Harry and Meghan while condemning Piers’ treatment of the couple.

Talk about bombshells…Beresford accuses Piers of “diabolical behavior,” and implies that the reason for his venom toward the couple stems from being “cut off” by Markle.
Can you imagine this sort of thing EVER happening on OUR morning TV? I wish it would sometimes, frankly. On one hand, it’s nice to see people on a show like that unafraid to have a differing opinion. If you think about it…that is something that is NEVER seen.
Anyway, Piers was coaxed back to the set during a commercial break and what ensued was a more civil, but still FASCINATING discussion of the situation between the couple and the Royal family.
