Charlie And Debbie’s Jamaican Adventure Begins
So, this is something we’ve been wanting to tell you about for the last month-and-a-half or so. When we started putting together the “Kenny on the Tenny” promotion, we thought, “How could we take this to the next level?” We already knew that everyone would win tickets to the show on Saturday. We already knew that everyone who won would qualify to an upgrade to the “Sandbar” area adjacent to the front of the stage for the show. The question was, “What ELSE could we do?” How about giving those same people who are dipping their toes in Kenny’s Sandbar, the chance to dip their toes in the sands of the world famous, Sandals Ochi Resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica?! BOOM!
That being said, the station didn’t feel comfortable sending listeners to an international destination without knowing if it was worthy. So, that’s where Debbie and I come in. Taking one for the team. <g> Seriously, it’s Sandals 40th Anniversary year and they are going to pull out all the stops for you. For the next couple of days we’ll be doing the show LIVE from the Sandals Ochi Resort, trying to give you the flavor of how great this place is. For starters though, let’s get you caught up on our travel day today (Wednesday, 4/27).
