North Carolina Woman Breaks Down After Realizing She Won A Huge Lottery Jackpot

A North Carolina woman breaks down in tears after realizing she won a huge lottery jackpot. Cynthia Neely says she cried tears of joy all the way home.  I would have too.

Neely bought her Lucky 7 ‘s ticket from the Kangaroo Express on East Main Street in Rockwell.  She checked the ticket and thought someone else won the big money.  Then something told her to check again.  Then a lightning bolt hit her, SHE was the winner of $723, 755 dollars.  She tells North Carolina Education Lottery officials, ““I had to convince myself that I had the winning ticket”. “It’s a life changing amount of money”. Indeed it is. No wonder this Gold Hill, North Carolina woman broke down after realizing she won a huge lottery jackpot.

I always like to know what people will do with that kind of windfall.  Cynthia says she will donate some to her church,  invest and maybe do a little traveling.
