Amazon Driver In Very Serious Condition After Rattlesnake Bite
An Amazon driver in Florida is in “very serious condition” after being bitten by an Eastern diamondback rattle snake. She was working delivering a package at the time. According to NBC News, the driver was placing a package at the entrance of a residence in Palm City, Florida when she was bitten by the snake.
The reptile was coiled up near the front of the door and as the Amazon employee deliver the package the snake struck. The worker was bitten in the back of the leg and became ill right away. She called emergency services and dispatchers used GPS coordinates to locate her.
Officials say Eastern diamondback rattlesnakes are highly venomous. So which snake is more venomous, the copperhead which is common around here or the rattlesnake? It is the rattlesnake! Timber rattlesnakes are not unusual in North Carolina as well as copperheads.
