New Indian Cuisine Soon Featured in An Iconic Greek Restaurant Location in North Carolina

More flavors on the way for the Arboretum.  Indian cuisine soon featured in an iconic Greek restaurant location in North Carolina.

I think just about everyone in the Charlotte area has either eaten at the Akropolis Cafe or has certainly heard of it.  Something equally but differently delicious is set to take up that space.  According to What Now Charlotte, Curry Junction is set to roll in at 8200 Providence Road.  This is the second location for Curry Junction in the Queen City.

They reportedly plan to open in a few months and will feature traditional Indian food. The owners are expected to have built in traffic flow. “The Arboretum is still thriving for sure”, according to one close by resident, Jim Slade. There are a handful of restaurants there but none like this.

According to What Now Charlotte, the only potential competition is the Malaya Kitchen and Asian Fusion.  What is your favorite Indian dish?  I find it hard to stray away from butter chicken.
