This is a very cool honor. The website, Eater, just released their newly comprised list of the best new restaurants of 2023. They say, “a great new restaurant can be fun, a best new restaurant is part of a national dining conversation”. Well well well, let the conversation begin about this new place.
Eater says now more than ever, restaurants are experimenting with exciting menus, business models and even operating hours. These new restaurants are not your Momma’s favorite restaurant. But , you know what, they will be.
Eater only bestowed this honor on 12 new restaurants in the whole country. The Palmetto State is home to one of those honored restaurants. And without any more hesitation, this South Carolina eatery is ranked among the top new restaurants in the whole country.
