North Carolina Farmer Won A $100,000 Dollar Lottery Prize By Accident

A North Carolina farmer won a $100,000 dollar lottery prize by accident.  So what do we mean by accident?  Some might even call it divine intervention. The farmer almost walked out of the Dana Food Center in Hendersonville , when something told him just to go back and give a scratch off a try.

Agustin Perez Jr. of Hendersonville says the whole store applauded and screamed when he realized he had won a $100,000 prize.  After taxes and fees, he was able to take home $71,259 dollars.  He says he plans to continue helping his family in Mexico with the money.

You hear these stories and it always begs the question, what would you do if you suddenly came into a $100,000?  It would be fun to help others, clear yourself of some debt and drop a little more in the offering plate of your choice.  Congrats Mr. Perez!  We hope you enjoy your surprise windfall.
