Wild Scrambled Egg Hack
I realize Martha Stewart has long been a go-to authority on all things cooking and decor. However, this suggestion for the “softest, fluffiest scrambled eggs” ever has me shaking my head a little.
First, don’t even bother heating up the stove, and stay away from the microwave. No, the appliance of choice will never cross your mind.
Stewart says crack two eggs into a mug, add a little salt and pepper, plus some butter, then stick the frother wand from the cappuccino machine in there and let the steam do the work.
Stewart claims, “These eggs are buttery and fluffy and light and delicious.”
My question, “Who’s gonna clean the frother?!”
