Country Artist Covers Queen…AWESOMELY!
To be fair, any time I see the description, “emerging country star…” in my inbox, I most of the time immediately hit “delete.”
99.9% of the time that means “the guy who did okay in your high school talent show, but doesn’t have what it takes to go to Nashville and make it.”
Sorry, but it’s true.
Anyway, with that being said, I don’t know why I clicked on this, but something intrigued me about “Emerging Country Sings ‘Somebody To Love.'”
Freddie Mercury of Queen was a singular vocal talent who is REALLY hard to mimic. “Somebody To Love” is one of his songs that I would think is dang near impossible.
Maybe I clicked on it, wanted to see/hear a trainwreck, but I’ve got to give credit where’s it’s due. I don’t know who Chase Sansing is, but he absolutely SLAYS this.
