Your Least Favorite Halloween Candy
Okay the annual list is out of the “Least Popular Halloween Candy.” Here’s the deal. I pretty much have NO problem with most on this list, but I take BIG issue with the top 2 (and maybe a couple of others).
- Candy Corn-are you kidding me? I LOVE candy corn. Always have. And growing up, the ONLY time you could get it was at Halloween. So this has no business on the bad list.
- Circus Peanuts-Not just one of my faves of all time, but I was literally potty trained on these things. Every time I would use the potty, I got a Circus Peanut. LOVE them
- Bit-O-Honey-I used to like this as a child, then I started to get dental work. Forget it.
- Good & Plenty-No thoughts either way
- Licorice-Completely nasty. Anything with licorice or that rancid taste belongs at the very top of this list
- Smarties-I have a HUGE issue with this. Like Candy Corn, this was a Halloween staple of my childhood and I used to steal them from our son’s loot as well
- Tootsie Rolls-Cheap, nasty, candy. Severely underrated on this list
- Necco Wafers-Never had the flavor of Smarties. Definitely belongs on the list
- Wax Coke Bottles-Not a candy. Just junk. Needs to be higher on this list
- Peanut Butter Kisses-As a rule, I have ZERO issue with kisses-real or candy 😉
If by chance you’re wondering what is America’s favorite candy, the answer is Resse’s Peanut Butter Cups. No issue there. What is your go-to Halloween candy?
