Luke Combs Breaks Attendance Record Previously Held By George Strait
Luke Combs is unstoppable.
During the opening weekend of his What You See is What You Get tour, Luke Combs broke an attendance record previously held by George Strait. For his stop at Alerus Center in Grand Forks, North Dakota, the concert venue sold out with over 22,000 tickets sold. Before that, George Strait’s record was 19,500.
The manager of the venue said, “this is definitely the attendance record. He broke the record within just a few days of going on sale. (In) the facility’s history, and as you know, the facility is 20 years old, that’s a pretty significant record.”
