Sure Hope This Is The Start Of A Rascal Flatts Reunion
On Monday something happened that I sure hope is the start of a Rascal Flatts reunion. Rascal Flatts members Jay DeMarcus and Joe Don Rooney reunited in the studio to the delight of surprised fans.
DeMarcus posted a selfie with Rooney with the caption, “Hung out with this guy in the studio today,” DeMarcus wrote. “So nice seeing @joedonrooney!!!” Since the death of Rascal Flatts, the award-winning trio known for hits like “Bless The Broken Road,” “Life Is A Highway,” and “My Wish,” Rooney has been mostly silent and off social media.
After a long absence, fans were pleased to see the Rascal Flatts bandmates again and flooded the social media post with comments. “This makes my heart so happy!!! Never been so happy to see someone’s face,” wrote one Instagram user, while another shared, “Good to see you boys!!! Y’all are lookin’ good!!”
Country Now says fans were begging for the boys to reunite with Gary LeVox to finally embark on the Rascal Flatts farewell tour, which was sidelined due to COVID. The tour was ultimately canceled as Joe Don Rooney left the group.
Let’s hope we get the Rascal Flatts tour going again.
