North Carolina Investigators Looking For Suspect Who Tied Dog To Dumpster
This story is so incredibly sad it makes our hearts hurt. It must be told to hopefully find the perpetrator. North Carolina animal control investigators are looking for the person that beat up a dog and tied it to a dumpster.
The pit bull, rescuers call Joey, was found tied with a necktie and severely beaten in North Charlotte. Chrissy Elder who is one of Joey’s rescuers says she has seen abused animals too many times. She gave CWBTV this quote, “I was shocked just to see how horrific he looked because of how severe this was,” she said. “This was a lot worse than we had ever seen.” Elder created Forgotten, now Family Rescue.
