Just a few hours after he married the love of his love, Aric Hutchinson lost her in a fatal crash. Now, this groom has filed a lawsuit following the fatal crash that killed his bride in Folly Beach, South Carolina. Aric was also seriously injured along with passengers in their vehicle.
The wrongful death lawsuit, filed Wednesday, according to ABC 4, cites the alleged drunk driver and the establishments that reportedly sold her alcohol that night. 34 year old Samantha Hutchinson, her new husband and two family members were reportedly rear ended in the fatal crash.
The lawsuit cites three establishments.
