Magical illusions are so much fun to watch and try to figure out. And, two of the best magicians in the world are the legendary Penn & Teller duo. But, it was a magician from right here in the Queen City of Charlotte, North Carolina who successfully tricked the tricksters.
Actress Alyson Hannigan hosts the CW show “Fool Us” in which up and coming magicians try their best tricks out on the masters to see if they can stump them. And, Caleb Morgan, a magician from North Carolina recently appeared on the show. According to AXIOS Charlotte, his “chicken trick’n” actually tricked Penn & Teller.
The trick involves hiding a bandana in what is seemingly a fake egg. However, a crack of the egg reveals it’s in fact a real egg with a yolk. And, what a moment it was for Morgan who makes his career performing magic all around the Charlotte and beyond, with plans for shows at venues in Chicago and Nashville.
Furthermore, part of the deal for winning the Penn & Teller show includes Morgan being invited back to Las Vegas for a show with the famous duo. The magician credits a great family support for his love of magic and his success in the field. And, for more on Morgan’s appearance and his career see the full story from AXIOS Charlotte.
