My husband and I were huge Chappelle fans back in the day. I mean his stories about Eddie Murphy are legendary. And who doesn’t know, “I’m Rick James, B” thanks to Chappelle’s hilarious impression. Of course the controversial entertainer is so much more. And next week, you can see for yourself. He never fails to make me laugh out loud even if I don’t love everything.
Where and When
According to our source the Charlotte Observer, here’s when and where he will be performing:”The shows will be at the Durham Performing Arts Center in Durham on Monday, Oct. 21; at North Charleston Performing Arts Center in North Charleston on Tuesday, Oct. 22; and at Ovens Auditorium in Charlotte on Wednesday, Oct. 23.”
The 51 year old comedian won the Mark Twain prize for American Humor. And he was last in North Carolina just about a year ago.
