A South Carolina Man Recently Won The Lottery Using Loose Change

It pays to dig out quarters from your car or your couch! A Chapin, South Carolina man just won a quarter of a million Lottery jackpot with five dollars in quarters he vacuumed out of his car.
He tells the South Carolina Education Lottery officials that he was in shock when he found out he won. He says he plans to use the money to pay off his house, his car and other debt.
What would you do if you found out you won that much money AND from quarters you dug out of your car. Getting out of debt sounds amazing!
