Public Health Officials Would Rather We Didn’t Travel Over Spring Break
Mecklenburg Health Officials are issuing an advisory against traveling over the Spring Break holiday.
They are citing these reasons , according to a report from a local TV station; increased exposure to Covid, increased contact with others and inability to socially distance.
Authorities also say it is possible borders could be closed again at a moment’s notice if Covid cranks back up again. So where would be a safe place to enjoy spring break? There are lots of parks around the Charlotte area that are free and very possible to space yourself apart from others. The beach CAN be a great place if you watch crowds .
