For years the tats were a no-no.
It’s no secret that Disney properties have pretty strict appearance guidelines for its staff members, but that’s about to change. The company introduced a new guideline last year called “Fifth Key of Inclusion” and it’s creating flexibility for the Disney cast members regarding their hairstyles, nail styles, and jewelry.
It will also allow employees to have visible tattoos as long as they are appropriate. In a statement released by Disney, “We’re updating them to not only remain relevant in today’s workplace but also enable our cast members to better express their cultures and individuality at work”. What do you think about the new changes being made for Disney employees?
