Garth Brooks Stadium Tour May Pause Again Including His Stop In Charlotte
No, not again. Let’s not hit the panic button yet but according to our sources with Interprep, Garth may put his Stadium Tour on pause. He is scheduled to play in Kansas on Saturday and then in Nebraska August 14 but he reportedly announced they will be taking three weeks off after those two dates to assess the spread of Covid.
The bad news for us is, his show in Charlotte is “up in the air” at this point. Garth released a statement that says “It breaks my heart to see city after city go on sale and then have to ask those sweet people and the venues to reschedule. We have a three week window coming up where we , as a group, will assess the remainder of the stadium tour this year. It’s humbling to see people put this much faith in you as an artist and it kills me to think I am letting them down.”
Garth has already had to reschedule his show in Charlotte four times according to WBTV. He scheduled for June 13, 2020; then again October 10, 2020; April 10, 2021 and then the latest hope was for September 25, 2021.
If you have tickets and can hang on I promise it’s worth it to see Garth Brooks in concert. It is in the top two concerts I have ever been to in my life! But let’s say a prayer and cross our fingers that he will get to come as scheduled.
Here are the happy faces of some people who got to see Garth:
