Happy Birthday To A Parmalee Member Who Was Robbed In Rock Hill, South Carolina
Happy birthday to Drummer Scott Thomas from one of our North Carolina born groups, Parmalee. We are awfully glad Scott made it to 50 because an incident twelve years ago almost cost him his life.
Back in 2010 the band was held up at gunpoint in the early morning hours at a club in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Scott reportedly engaged in a shootout and killed one of the two robbers. He was hit by three bullets according to Interprep from the other assailant. He was unconscious for two weeks but made a full recovery.
