22-Year-Old Dog From South Carolina Named ‘World’s Oldest Dog”
A Taylors, South Carolina couple’s dog was officially dubbed the oldest in the world at the age of 22 years and 59 days old. Pebbles weighs right around four pounds and she is a beautiful toy fox terrier. Her parents are Bobby and Julie Gregory.
The Gregory family said they decided to apply for Pebbles to be recognized by Guinness after reading about “Toby Keith” a 21 year old dog that was given the title in April. Pebbles had one partner in life named Rocky and they spent many glorious years together before he passed in 2017. They had 24 babies.
Pebbles was born March 28,2000 and now enjoys snoozing and listening to country music.
