Just about everyone, including me, loves Nashville Hot Chicken.  This Nashville Hot Mini Pierogies dish is a play on all the flavors of that sweet and spicy dish, subbing out the crispy chicken for pierogies!  Mrs. T's Pierogies Mini 4-Cheese Medleys are perfect for this twist.  The original recipe calls for air frying.  If, like me, you don't have an air fryer, the oven-baked method also turns out fabulous.  The pierogies maintained the fluffy soft texture of the potato filling.  And, the breadcrumbs gave the crispy texture on the outside reminiscent of the crispy chicken.  The sweet and spicy sauce is good enough to lick the bowl!  Every Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich comes with pickles to cut all the richness and slaw on the side to brighten up the whole dish.  We served with ranch dressing for dipping.  Mrs. T's Pierogies for the win again!  Pierogies are delicious sauteed, baked, boiled, fried or grilled.  Make sure you pick up the blue box in the freezer section of your favorite grocery store!
